NEW SITE: vendors, artshow, community lunch and ribeating contest will be held in the
CHEROKEE STRIP CONFERENCE CENTER – 123 W. Maine
The Cherokee Strip Conference Center (CSCC) is the building located just north of the old location. The
KCBS BBQ contestants will be located in the same parking lot at the corner of Cherokee and Independence.
as will the outdoor vendors, pony rides and train ride for the children. The CSCC will be open til 10pm
Friday night and  re-open Saturday 7am. Electricity is available at an extra charge.
Set-up begins Friday April 16, 2010 at 9am – 123  W. Maine, Enid OK
Please have your booth set-up and open by 3pm Friday April 17th.

Booth Vendor Hours: Fri. 3pm – 8pm , Sat. 10am – 5pm.
Friday, April 16th
9:00am – BBQ Contestants begin arriving
3:00pm – Arts Festival Opens
3:00pm – Booth Vendors Open
5:00pm- National Pork Board – Free BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches while supplies last.
7:00pm – Rib Eating Contest/Sponsored by RibCrib for general public
8:00pm – Mainstreet JazzStroll -Jazz Stroll – Live Jazz at different locations throughout downtown,
all within walking distance. Performances run 8pm – 11pm
9:00pm – Fireworks Show (good weather permiting)

Saturday, April 17th
9:00am – BBQ Judges arrive
10am – Arts Festival and Vendors Open
10am – Red Hills Express Pony Rides and Train Rides
11:00am – Ambuc BBQ Dinner – Located inside Cherokee Strip Conference Center:
Saturday April 17th, 11:00 – 1:30pm
11:30am – Live Entertainment – Located inside Cherokee Strip Conference Center 11:30am – 3pm
12noon – KCBS Contest – Closed Judging
3-3:30pm  – KCBS Awards Ceremony – inside Cherokee Strip Conference Center
